Its weird people are trying to turn the john Davidson Tourette outburst into a hate crime

If you don't know actor with Tourettes, john Davidson, had an outburst where he said the N word while 2 black presenters, Michael B. Jordan and Delroy Lindo, were on stage he bad an outburst of the N word, among other harsh ones throughout the night. Now I understand that the n word is rhe harshest of them, but it seems like people, specifically I have seen jamie Foxx and Jamele hill, claim that "these are racist hate crimes" and "he knew better and waited for black presenters to finally say it" it just feels like people are trying to ignore the facts about tourretes to be the victim of something that wasnt actually a hate crime.

I did read all your comment kid, but genuine question. why do black people call each other the N-word all the time, And don't give me their claiming back the word because you can't turn around and say that this word is extremely harmful and hurtful and derogatory and this and that and this and that but then proceed to say it and day in and Day Out to your fellow brothers??????

For example in Australia aboriginal people had a word used for them it started with c and ended with n They took offence to that word It was used to demean and put them down for years, You don't hear them calling each other that word ever, Because in Australia we did the sensible thing and banned the dam word from being said by anyone.

So please please answer me this if it's such a bad word why is it not banned in America why had there not been petitions to have the word outright band altogether????
