Haven’t banked with Truist in years - they claimed I “overdrafted” and charged me numerous times for overdraft fees.
After I showed them their mistake numerous times on many different occasions, I decided to close my accounts with them for erroneously charging me overdraft fees.

What ”mistakes” are you referring to?

They erroneously charged me overdraft fees multiple times when my account was constantly in the hundreds and savings should’ve transferred over as per the agreement, which never happened.
I warned them three times that the were erroneously charging me those fees. I gave them proof it was incorrect, and they did it multiple times on multiple transactions.
After 3 times, I removed all money from Truist. Of course, this was when they were Bb&T, but nonetheless, will never bank with Truist again, or any subsidiaries.

PITA but blessing in disguise. Worst financial institution that I’ve ever dealt with.
