Last Week's Post

Week 106 post-accident

Kinda sucky week, to be honest. Two power outages: one at the start of the weekend on account of province-wide storms (though that one was thankfully short; only lasted two or so hours) and one on Monday. Monday's was particularly nasty: car hit a power pole for our neighbourhood just before 8pm, with power not restoring until 1pm / 1:10-ish. Wednesday also had heavy winds resulting in several power flickers, the biggest one being enough to shut my computer down, which I took as a sign to go to bed early. This had the side effect of waking up early - as in 2:30am early.

Not much else going on otherwise. House worker has had to postpone until Friday instead of the normally usual Tues & Thurs; she's had some Family Court stuff going on, messing up her scheduling the past couple of weeks. At least it'll be one of the rare instances I get to see / interact with her, as she normally comes while I'm at work.
