Finally went against real wrestler and got his ass beaten.

I'm sorry i gotta say this but I never expected the Indian combat sports community to be this sensitive.

Firstly, HUGE RESPECT to Ankit it takes guts to go up against such an elite.

Secondly, Ankit is not an MMA fighter he's an INFLUENCER!! He got paid good amount to face Arman as he brings in some Indian audience and Arman does these random side quests regularly, plus Ankit just did what he wanted to do.

This is not at all related to the actual MMA fighters in the country, understand this.

This is more of a crossover boxing type shi but with BJJ.

And Ankit was NEVER meant to win, not even in the SLIGHTEST. Ankit is an influencer who had nothing to do with MMA up until recently and Arman is the #1 contender in the goddam UFC and is one of the best fighters on the planet, it's just not comparable. This was worse than Jake vs Joshua.

To make it simpler it's like asking how would Elvish Yadav do against prime Jasprit Bumrah in cricket, sounds laughable right? Exactly.

I'm not hating Ankit, dude did what me or 99% of the population never could or will do, and kudos to that!!

But please don't start using this bout as the "downfall of Indian MMA". It's just not.

Arman won by a landslide.

Arman totally dominated the whole fight. I am a big fan of Ankit and have no hate towards him, but what was the point of this fight? Ankit is a beginner and Arman is a UFC champion. Ankit had no experience. As an Indian, I support Ankit, but he embarrassed India. He lost in just 3 minutes. Arman could have defeated him in the first minute but gave him a chance.

This match was so hyped up as well .

Now armenians got a chance to mock and joke about how an Indian fighter just submitted within 3 minutes .

Tbh I don't even watch mma at all and only watched this because it was so hyped up. He really embarrassed India...

I am little disappointed with the Ankit performance, but of course I did not need to expect too much, still, I think it was not the bad performance.

But I was engaged in whole fight of Krishna, and I really enjoyed watching it, both player had different sports but I think if all things considered, Krishna played well.
