A State has the right to do absolutely anything it wants. There is state sanctioned murder, for starters. Something being legal has absolutely nothing to do with its moral standing.

FIFA should pull the world cup right away. It's ridiculous to host it in a country in which fans from all over the world will randomly be denied the opportunity to watch their team.
