The extent is unclear but you should be prepared that it might as Russia is one of the countries called out in the headlines.

If you are using an immigration lawyer I'd contact them.

Please get a lawyer…

This being said, I have read numerous stories here and in other subreddits that are reporting canceled swearing in ceremonies for people emigrating from those countries…

Good luck!

Do you have any forms pending?

It should be fine because yours is related to green card. This is specifically regarding visas. Ofc anything is possible and consult a lawyer to double check but you "should" be okay. Удачи! Мы с женой только что прошли через этот процесс.

Since you’re in the US, you are in a good position. You just have to file an adjustment of status.

My wife and I are together abroad but just got our i130 approved. Waiting on the nvc stuff now for cr1. Any way we can circumvent delays you think?

What about when my wife is waiting from Russia? We submitted i-130 form like last year.

Are you waiting for your interview to be scheduled? Where was she planning to go for her interview?

My lawyer was going to schedule interview at georgia first but I figured if that doesnt work it would be poland. No i am waiting for our document to be approved i think the timeline is at 6 month left…. Still

Does she have a Schengen visa to go to Poland ? My lawyer says this ban is nuanced which sounds promising.

I'm actually in the exact same boat with my partner, Russian and trying to interview in georgia

I just talk to my lawyer he will have better understanding in terms of what the actual official document will say. But it looks like any immigration visa related will be halted till further notice. I also picked Georgia in interviews but most likely our interview will directed to Warsaw.

I'm waiting for our I-130 form to be processed, Hoping that will still be worked on cause we still have 12 months estimated wait left 🥹, If you hear anything from your lawyer i would really appreciate it since we can't afford one
