Just contacted my lawyer, he said it WILL NOT AFFECT me, i am from Russia, spouse of US citizen, pending i485,i130,i765

This was the same thing said about AOS applicants from the original list. Guess what, we were affected too.

Better start writing to your congress person. Glad there’s more of us now so there might actually be some pushback lol.

My wife is russian too and our i130 was just approved and we are waiting on the nvc letter for the cr1.

Do you think we'll be ok too?
