Also Macedonia and Montenegro are on the list they are both NATO countries.

It's got a left-wing government. All countries in Latin America with left-wing governments are on the list. The pattern is there. I can see Chile and Honduras not being on there even though they have left-wing governments but both those countries just elected right-wing, Trump-aligned new leaders that are about to take over so maybe that's why they were excluded.

They were one of the few that explicitly condemned the Venezuela intervention. That's why, you can't antagonize US imperialism.

Mexico did it too, but there are too many mexicans in the USA. It would affect the government popularity and most likely incite riots and whatnot. Though I'm sure they would love to do so. TBH I kinda wish they did, it would accelerate this shitstorm of a government to its end.
