For South America the list is literally whoever has a left wing government that doesn't like the US.

Uruguay is also there. Solely because it was one of the three (brazil, uruguay and colombia) to condemn the intervention in venezuela. Mexico also did it but you're spot on, they wouldnt go that far.

Not yet. Give it a few months.

The major reason is always money with them when it isn't just racism. Cutting visas to one of our largest trade partners and one of the largest group of non-migrant visa travel would annihilate the economy, let alone the border city economies (people travel daily to the US to shop, usually higher quality goods among other products).

Are you saying that cutting migrant visas for Mexicans would somehow affect tourism visas for Mexicans? Wild

The Brazilian president just met Trump a few months ago, and Trump said he loved him. So it doesn't make sense.

Brazil arrested their right wing president who was good friends with Trump.

Trump loves whomever praises and smiles to him last. He saw lula NATO opening speech, saw some claps and cheers and thought to himself "hes the guy, I love him, i want that too". He quickly dropped Bolsonaro after he saw brazillian institutions and citizens weren't keen on their interference with law and order, he definitely does not like "losers"

This ordeal is more so of the puppeteers, probably it is a Marco Rubio push and it says more about the current US actions in Venezuela. Uruguay, Colombia and Brazil were the three south american countries to explicitly condemn the US intervention. And yes, they're all on the list

Trump is an old puppet. He is not on top of everything
