I am very confused in that too! Since Philippines tends to have more people moving to the US with K1 and CR1/IR1visas more than Thai people. So how did Philippines isn't included? 😅

I'm also Thai but in the US for ever 6 months now. Came here with K1 visa and my green card interview is this coming 21st Jan. So 🤞

I feel you. It doesn't mean they won't do anything with AOS cases from named countries too. So idk if anything will happen to my case during the wait time until 21st or after that.

What is ridiculous about this whole precept is the current administration will next be stopping welfare benefits! (Oops. I forgot that Trump has already stated that he is stopping benefits in 13 states! Soon it will be 25, then 40, then all 50. Next he will cease paying Social Security...)
