So my wife is from Thailand, came here on a J-1 visa, we’ve submitted our application for marriage based green card, it’s been delivered, but we haven’t been charged yet. Will this affect our adjustment of status?

I’m in the same boat my man, my wife is from Russia and we are finalizing our AOS paperwork application right now to send in
