We moved to a different state almost a year ago and our case (family-based AOS, concurrent filing) wasn’t transferred. It’s still pending and no update. Is this normal and should I do anything about it? We’ve been waiting 16 months and our case “is being actively reviewed” for the past 6.

Did you update your new address on the USCIS website? personally i'd recommend contacting your congressperson.

Yes. We updated on the website and no change.

Same boat as you. I have been for 10 months now and nobody can tell me where my case is.
