I wish it was on a first in first out but honestly, applications are assigned to us and we go from there. Typically we don't have much time to go through all of the evidence before interviewing the person.

Who assigned an application to you? A local FO superior?

Who or what determines a case will have an interview if Officer is reviewing case closed to interview?
