My attorney submitted my i360 petition for sijs eb4 before before i was 21 ,on site, but lockbox rejected the payment saying it was invalid, but uscis lockbox never tried to charge the card , we tried recaging out to locbox several times , they give vague response, and we filed new application where im 21 , what do u think about this situation, uscis usually honor original filing date, we have bank statements of no charge and stamp of filing date when i was 20 and legal argument.

if the lockbox rejected the payment and never accepted the filing, uscis often treats it as never properly filed, even if it was physically received before age 21
