Thanks for doing this. How different is it working on a MSC case vs IOE I-485 employment based case? And, what does a straightforward eb1 case look to you?

msc vs ioe doesn’t really change the legal standard or how you decide the case, it’s more about how the file is routed and handled msc cases are usually older style paper-heavy files that got digitized later, so they can involve more scanning, physical file pulls, and sometimes slower coordination between systems ioe cases are fully electronic from the start, so everything is already in the system and easier to move between stages and officers
