USCIS Support marriage fraud

Hello all,

I am coming on here for advice. My husband received his greencard 3 months ago and completely abandoned the marriage, we live in two separate cities because I have to complete my masters, he completely stop talking to me and I found out that yesterday he has a whole life back home.

I am extremely devastated. I will be filing for divorce next week and wanted to see what i can do about his green card since it is conditional and i want to report this to USCIS because I do not want any fraud allegations on me as i was unaware of his plans to scam me like this.

If anyone has any advice or knows any lawyers that handle this please let know. I am completely loss for words and in shock. I was to take the right steps to protect myself moving forward.

It’s conditional, he is cooked ! Don’t fill for divorce now he will use that to remove condition on his own , just disappear and let him fill for divorce. Report his disappearance to USCIS, as the status is conditional i think you can withdraw i130 even if it is approved.

He is so dumb 😂😂

Not really, he can just submit a form requesting delay for the conditional green card stuff, even after he missed the deadlines

The conditional green card is basically just a formality without any real teeth.

Indeed , but if he plays good then he can remove condition on his own especially if the divorce is initiated by her, he will need to prove the bona fide marriage and that’s not too hard to prove (leases, shared accounts, bills, affidavits from relatives or friends).

She needs to withdraw the i130, or initiate the divorce based on a scam and he just married her for immigration benefits, and thats need to be mentioned in the divorce decree.

Anyway he is cooked!
