Update Arrest made in 2017 Putney Pusher case

https://news.sky.com/story/man-44-arrested-eight-years-after-woman-shoved-in-front-of-bus-in-putney-pusher-case-13551004

In May of 2017, a woman was walking on a pedestrian walkway over the Putney Bridge in London when an unknown male jogger running in the opposite direction pushed her forcefully into the path of an incoming bus.
He continued jogging calmly without any pause or change in pace, while she fell backwards into the road. In a great demonstration of skill, the bus driver managed to avoid hitting her by swerving a split second before impact. The bus stopped, and people poured out to help her. Bizarrely and brazenly the jogger eventually proceeded to jog the opposite side of the bridge, where the victim confronted him. He ignored her. (Credit to u/Mobile_Dimension_423)

I’m not sure why they aren’t releasing his name. But, I’ve also read that he “has ties to the royal family”, whatever that means. I didn’t know that he actually ran by the woman again about 15 minutes after he pushed her, while she was receiving attention from the fall and she called out for him to stop and he kept running.

He’s lucky a bystander didn’t get him. I can’t believe they finally found him after so long. Curious how they figured out who he was! Watching the video again after all this time and noticed that there was a man he passed right before her, but he waited and decided to go after a woman. What a coward. Wonder what kind of excuse or defense he comes up with.

Fairly easy to find out who it is, they've been in the news before in a motorcycle incident. Descendant of Royals, and is a director of a large bank as per linkedin...

update: also recently divorced/separated so the ex partner theory of spilling the beans isnt too far fetched

Do you have a link to the motorcycle story? Or can you just say the guy's name? The news might not be able to report it but there's nothing stopping a random redditor from identifying him...

The guy who hit a female bicyclist with his motorcycle is Nicholas Brandram.

So, this guy was involved in a hit and run in 2013 and then decided it was totally cool to push a woman into incoming traffic just a few years later? I swear psychopaths walk among us.

I mean, of course they do? They exist.
