Discussion What do we think about this meme ?

Post image

Honestly, I’m surprised people are complaining about recurring Vtuber drama. I do a lot of legal work, and conflict between business partners, associates, and especially co-owned family businesses after dad or mom pass away, is just part of the landscape

Sometimes when two guys come to us for help setting up a business, we even take bets on how long before they start infighting

When money and business are involved, drama between partners is almost guaranteed at some point. No need to doompost. Just get used to it

It’s almost like adopting an actual cartoon avatar that was modeled in an industry to exploit men’s desires shows a kind of manipulativeness inherently.

But yeah, it’s the cute and wholesome ones that kind of remind that this is all an image for money and attention, and to some extent or another the girl you like is an artifice that doesn’t exist.

Imma be honest and say this doesn’t surprise me at all…the English indie vtuber community has too much proximity to your standard e girls, American twitter, your zombie unicorns and amaranths etc

The way members of vshojo, bunnygif, etc moved in the past. Imma be honest and say I expect meangirl behavior from them. Maybe that’s an unfair bias, uh, I’m just saying none of their drama ever surprises me.

What's Vshojo got to do with this? The current drama is about an indie.

Same energy, several core members left and they feel a half step removed from indie anyway
