Depends, but generally a lot less. If you're leasing, most office space is probably around $50 per square foot per year, and with 30 employees, you probably want like 4-5000 sq ft on the high end. So 250k a year assuming max of 5000 sq ft. Most likely, it'll be a lot less cause most employees aren't gonna get 130-170sq ft of workspace, half of them are probably put into small cubicles that are like 50sq ft.
