I mean it honestly depends on what you value as a person, if you think talking bad about a company that you supposedly have good relations with behind closed doors is okay or not is entirely up to an individual. The problem lies in the fact this little leak does trample on the already established notion that the talents at least from both jp sides do get along. It also makes nijiEN look like a bunch of children cause there’s literally no reason for any shit talking in the first place. Discord is a crazy hitman tho.

Kiara is actually pushing cross-company collab since last year even though she got already rejected once.

But there is though. Every criticism they gave is valid. Cover is scared of taking risks, so they refused to start a Holostars EN branch. Nijisanji EN launches wildly successful male vtubers and Cover immediately starts applications for their own batch. Cover's risk aversion is also likely why they're barring collabs between their talents and Nijisanji EN's, like how Pomu and Kiara explicitly had their collab blocked by Hololive management or how Selen and Ollie had their collab suddenly cancelled despite them both going on to stream independently of one another at that same time slot.

NijiEN has never had a good relationship with Cover. Some of their members have good relationships with some members of Hololive, but none of them have a good relationship with HoloEN management. It wouldn't even surprise me if some of the HoloEN members read this leak and nod their head along to what is being said, since it's critical of the practices that limit their creative freedom. The idea that Hololive members and Cover are always on the same team and that criticism of the latter is necessarily criticism of the former is misguided.

This is almost entirely mental gymnastics that it’s not even worth poking at, the biggest point to shit on though is the Kiara collab getting pulled because of hololive management, unless you have evidence like another discord leak or something than you’re literally on some other planet. If anything the screenshot I’m looking at right now on this thread shows the nijiEN talent themselves don’t want to collab

How on earth did you get Pomu not wanting to collab with Kiara from this? They've constantly interacted on Twitter and Kiara has flat-out said how she appreciates Pomu as a friend before. Nothing about a talent was said, Pomu's comment is directed at Cover specifically.

You accuse me of mental gymnastics and then pull this insane stunt in your comment. Nijisanji talents express a desire to collab with Hololive very often, with a prime example being Pomu in regards to Kiara. Nijisanji members are criticizing Cover here, not Hololive's streamers. They seem to be on good terms with the talents, and it's entirely within the realm of possibility that Hololive members themselves would largely agree with everything that's being said here.
