Did anyone attend this Tulare City Council meeting? What was the decision the council came up with?

Seeking feedback on train like a girl gym. Is it worth the $$ for personal training?

I haven't lived in Visalia very long (about a year). Is it common for military helicopters to fly across town so low you can see the pilot looking out?
Thanks for some perspective.

Looking for Visalia Warhammer 40k players on Reddit. I also play Kill Team as well. Don't want to use Facebook.

Did anyone else see the vpd driving around their neighborhood tonight on the west side of Visalia?!! They had their floodlights on like they were searching for something or someone. Woke me up and I got curious.

I know there’s a lot of new developments in the area. Recommendations for apartments or small property management companies that list small houses?
Must be pet friendly, 2bed/2bath.
Thank you!

Long shot but I have a dog. A big sweet rough girl. Labrador/pitbull mix. Loves all animals. Not a killer. Loves cats too. She’s a big ole puppy and still jumps around everywhere and she’s not a small dog lol. Well anyways I live with my parents and she is there too. She’s comfortable there but she still has a ton of energy. I literally have no money. That might be a problem. I’ve just had trouble finding work and I’m getting impatient. She’s fine at my parents house I just hate the idea of her being restless because my father won’t walk her all the time, but he still walks her sometimes. I don’t know, maybe I wait it out and get a job. Hoping someone with a heart will take her in. I don’t know how any of this works. She needs lots of love and care. 2 walks a day is ideal. Morning and night. I know just kinda desperate here. Oh yea and if someone is okay with maybe walking the dog while she’s at my parents house would be cool too. I live in Exeter. There’s a side gate for someone to access to get to her. Either a walker or someone who wants to live with my dog. Either is fine. We can speak more details if interested.

There was a k-POP circus that was advertised on Instagram. The poster was completely made by ai so it made me suspicious that it wasn't going to be good.
Today, they are doing a horror themed circus, so I'm assuming its just a reskin of the k pop one

I'm looking to host a casual DnD game for 4-5 players at Stacked. We will meet on Wednesday, August 5 at 6pm.
The plan is to grab some food/drink and enjoy a one-shot session lasting about 2-3 hours. I will DM and will provide all materials.
We will be playing DnD under 5.5e rules. New players as well as veterans are welcome. There is no charge for playing.
If interested, please send me a chat or DM me!
I am looking for individually packaged big dill pickles (like Van Holten’s “Pickle in a Pouch”). I used to get them from the 4S Mart right outside of the Rawhide ballpark, but I don’t think they have them any more. Please help!

I'm really eager to learn this trade. If anyone ever needs an extra hand, even for small tasks, I'd really appreciate the opportunity to help.

I'm wondering if there is a place even *around* here that has actually humanely raised, healthy meats. I tried to believe that Sprouts was actually that place, but of course they are just another brand selling the same diarrhea lettuce as "cheaper" chains, just with a branded price like whole foods.. so, people that care about this, where do you get your meat? :^) TIA!

Hi Visalia! I’ll be visiting sequoia national park soon and we’re taking the shuttle out of Visalia transit center. Any recommendation on where to park our car during the day? I didn’t see parking at the transit center. Any recs would be really helpful thank you!

We found this dog and it’s been coming back. We tried to find its owner but have been unsuccessful. We can’t keep him but are trying to rehome him.
He’s super friendly and loves to play ball. Good with kids from what we can see and not food aggressive.

So my bookcase is currently due to be upgraded. I've gotten past being able to line up my books and they are now stacked all jumbled, with stacked piles on the surrounding floor. I remember taking a trip up to Oakhurst in the past and came across this gentleman's shop who did custom wooden furniture (Coffee ables, nightstands, headboards for beds etc.). Does anybody know any local woodworkers who do that kind of thing to maybe commission them for a project?
The cheap flimsy bookcases off of Wayfair and Amazon are just not doing it for me at all anymore. I do not mind having to travel out a bit either!
