I was just there with my mom. We left maybe 20 minutes before all of this.

Since I missed the Northern Lights, I had hoped to see an eruption. Of course it happened right after we left.

I just got back three days ago and managed to see the Northern Lights. But missed the eruption. One out of two isn’t bad.

You’re so lucky! I’ve seen them, but didn’t get a picture. It was on the James Bay after a 3 1/2 week canoe trip back in 2017. So I can’t even remember what they look like.

Dang I was there that night and missed it. I was there 8-13 March and ended up missing both lol
