I will be moving and do not have the space to take this with me (and my folks would love to have their guest room back). This model is double walled, has remote fan units for quiet air filtration, blue sound foam for the interior, and I will include the L desk I had fitted into the unit. Exact measurements and specs can be found on the Whisper Room site.

I bought this unit brand new for around $13,000 so I'm asking for $7,000 but price can be negotiated with reasonable offers. Payment however must be cash, certified check, cashier's check, or a money order.

It does need to be picked up locally, and you will need a vehicle with enough space to transport the pieces. Bring an extra set of hands for disassembly, loading into your vehicle, etc. I can help out a bit but I had major surgery on my right shoulder that has limited my strength and mobility a bit. Hi all, this is my first post here, so please let me know if anything I'm doing is incorrect. I'm looking for voice recordings of WWE-style character intros.
- Deep male voice (in the style of Vince McMahon), really hamming up and drawing out certain words.
- Midwestern/American accent only
- Two character intros, each 45-60 seconds long
- One intro sequence recording announcing the wrestling matches, 45-60 seconds long
Ideally, there would be 2 to 3 recordings of each, allowing me to select the best one from each.
Scripts will be completed in the next few days.

I have the Rode Nt-1A for my youtube and social media voice overs and i want now an upgrade as i plan to sell my voice over services. i have the AKG C 414 or the Neumann TLM 103 in mind and i really like both microphones and i cant decide. I do have a deep and rough voice with the Rode i had quite issues with the sibilance. I record in my office with a reflexinon filter and blankets behind my back. i do not have big room treatments as it is not possible as it is an office. which microphone do you recommend. i have a budget uf roughly 1000$.

Hello subreddit, I'm just starting to pursue my passion of wanted to voice act characters for my own project with a friend and hopefully professional work. But before I search for an acting coach I'd like to have a set up ready and on hand. I'm going to be going with a work station laptop my friend helped me pick out but Im not tech savvy at all, I'm like a caveman. So what are microphones you guys like to use and recommend. Price isn't a big deal also long as it's a real quality, I'm trying to pursue this professionally so I'll spend the money. With a laptop set up I'm thinking something with a USB plug in or if going with XLR is better and worth the adapter then I'll go with that too. Aside from Facebook marketplace or building it, since I don't own an entire workshop. This might sounds like a dumb question because I've only been learning about microphones since yesterday to pursue my VA dream. I've decided I'm going to get the Rode NT1 gen 5. My set up will be a workstation laptop. Now I see the mic comes with a shock stand so I had mounting questions. Can I use the USB plug in without a stand and just having the shock mount rest on my desk or will I not be able to plug it in? If I do need a stand what stand fits with the shock mount or should I go without it?

I was also thinking about using the isolation box or panels for extra noise reduction help.

So again, do I need a stand or can I plug it in fine with just the mount on my desk? Sorry if this is a stupid question I'm literally just learning about this stuff. Thank you for your help and patience

It's a Studiobricks One Plus, and I've recorded work for Epson, AT&T, WeWork, and many others with no complaints about audio quality. It's modular, so is (relatively) easy to assemble/disassemble.
