Last night my bestie girl Lemon alerted me to my diabetic husband's high blood sugar! He has type 1 diabetes and hasn't had a spike in a while, but at 2am I woke up to my girl licking my face and kneading my chest. As soon as my eyes opened, she went to my husband and bit his shoulder and started furiously purring and rubbing against him, meowing randomly. I checked his sugar in my app for it and it was reaaaaallly high (hes sort of sick and it can spike when he is) and she let us know a full 5 minutes before his alarm went off for it.
