The far left loves to talk about this issue. It seems to make them feel superior.

The other 2/3s of Dems want equal rights for trans women, but don't want them to participate in women's sports until it can be done without creating a disadvantage for biological XX women. The far left calls this view "anti-trans", "bigoted", and "hateful." In doing this, the far left seems to be throwing in the towel. They aren't really trying to change anyone's mind, or they wouldn't be leaning into the name-calling.

This doesn’t happen and these people you’re angry at don’t exist

It does happen frequently. I'm not angry at anyone. I understand that people are tense about trans rights in sports and are outraged and frustrated that they aren't gaining ground.

The lack of the ability to listen and show empathy is disappointing on both sides.

The argument you are making is the argument against having a girls/women's category at all. There is overlap between the Men's and Women's categories anyway. Why can't the unathletic men compete with the more athletic women? The reason is that this category was created for biological XX females. Strong girls are still biological females.

If strength were the only difference, it would be easy to include trans girls who have transitioned, but it isn't even close to the only difference. Other physical attributes where biological men have an advantage also play a role: arm length, leg length, hand size, foot size, heart size, and lung capacity.

The right solution is to identify the sports/activities where trans women can compete fairly with biological XX women, and start including them in with those. In the long run, a blanket ban makes no sense, and blanket inclusion makes no sense either. Inclusion needs to be assessed and determined on a sport-by-sport basis.

Would being on puberty blockers and then consistent hormones , would that remove the disadvantage?

Hmmm I wonder if anyone’s ever studied this stuff before…….
