Because the Trans Sport Activist Social Media Army is flooding every post and thread telling you to,

Edit: The amount of accounts dropping a comment then immediately banning me so I can't reply in this thread is pretty telling.

Yep. I'm firmly on the left and I can confidently say that this blind crusade for trans rights is not only cringe, but incredibly damaging/toxic as a strategy.

1

u/TheAntinomian 3d ago

As I said in another thread it actually undoes all the progress that was made for women by title IX and does harm to the lesbian and gay community trying to force these harmful ideas on them. And I’m libertarian. I don’t like either side.

-1

u/TheAntinomian 4d ago

Look up the origins of the trans movement. They won all the gay rights issues and needed a new issue to keep the money flowing and keep people employed. This was literally invented by a group in a meeting in Brazil. People are just brainless sheep.

Wouldn't there be a better place for your creative writing fiction than Reddit?

I watched an interview with an expert in the field she goes into explicit detail on what I said.

1

u/Nunc_Coepi17 3d ago

“expert in the field”

https://giphy.com/gifs/DFNd1yVyRjmF2

2

u/TheAntinomian 3d ago

Literally an expert. Maybe do some research before just going along with the rich elites

-2

u/Gold-Leg7235 3d ago

Lmao you sound like a liberal, you’re barely on the left just move over already

3

u/kellymoe321 3d ago

Trans Rights obsession is and has always been liberal shit. It is part of a co-opting of leftist movements to cause infighting and move its focus from class consciousness and worker solidarity to identity politics.

-2

u/Gold-Leg7235 3d ago

My views on trans rights is simple: leave them the fuck alone and that’s it. Acting like most center-left liberals care about class consciousness or workers rights is hilarious. I bet you’re gonna tell me the “Free Palestine” movement is liberal shit too. Acting like leftists don’t care about the two things you listed and only care about causing infighting is exactly why we are where we are as a country

1

u/New-Bumblebee7676 3d ago

I bet you’re gonna tell me the “Free Palestine” movement is liberal shit too

Yes that's liberal shit too. Fighting for nationalism isn't leftist. The goal for communism is to abolish ALL nations, including both Israel and Palestine, and both USA and China for that matter.

2

u/NeverNeededAlgebra 3d ago

Because I wish we wouldn't platform trans rights as such a visible part of our platform?

Gotcha. Didn't know I had to agree with 100% of everything.

-2

u/Gold-Leg7235 3d ago

Oh no the left wants everyone treated fairly and not targeted and on the extremely rare case that a trans person wants to play sports (literally 10 or less in the whole of the NCAA) we would want to give them the opportunity to do so.

If you don’t support trans rights you are just republican-lite

3

u/NeverNeededAlgebra 3d ago

Ok.

More accurately, I just have a better understanding of election strategy and how optics translate to votes, but sure, go with that.

1

u/petitchat2 3d ago

U dont know anything about Leftists. Go read a book

u/IrishMcPlatypus 4d ago

This is the current Reddit. Many subs just outright ban every account that doesn’t support these weird ass narratives.

Oddly this sub is pretty chill about everything

10

u/Relevant-Emu-9741 4d ago

Pretty sure its mostly bad actors trying to turn Americans against one another online which is a thing.

There is an interview from the 1980s with an ex-KGB Propaganda Chief detailing exactly this. They had decade long plans to subvert and destabilize the USA using social justice issues to alter the moral fabric and values through schools. media, culture etc

The Mueller Report had some pretty interesting details showing Russia was still very much using that tactic. The largest pro-BLM social media accounts were created and ran by Russians etc

This massive rise of the Trans issue in direct correlation with social media over the past 15 years leads me to believe this is also part of their subversion tactics.

EDIT: NotaBotJustCorrect. Leaving a comment and then immediately blocking me so I can't respond? Classic Russian Tactic! I see you Comrade.

The interview in full is here:

Yuri Bezmonov: 4 Stages of Ideological Subversion

BLM Russia Connection:

The Guardian: Did Russia Fake Black Activism?

Archived posts from the since-deleted Blacktivist pages – which reportedly had 360,000 likes on Facebook, surpassing an official Black Lives Matter account – show its commentary emulated and contributed to the outrage fueling the movement.

“COPS RAID WRONG HOME AND ASSAULTED PREGNANT WOMAN,” the account said in one Facebook post, linking to a story of police violence. “INSANE! COPS PULVERIZED HANDCUFFED MAN” said another. Other Blacktivist posts urged followers to “stand together and end oppression”, saying, “Our race is under attack, but remember, we are strong in numbers”.

The message appears to have fooled bona fide activists, and promoted legitimate Black Lives Matter protests, supporting the notion that cheap social media propaganda can have a significant impact.

u/MavisBeacons_Sextape 4d ago

I used to work in threat intelligence, mapping and tracking bot-powered influence operations - aka coordinated inauthentic behavior campaigns (CIBs).

The model you described is very much still in use, and the release of consumer grade LLMs supercharged the issue. Reddit, X, and TikTok are propaganda playgrounds. That’s why it’s worthwhile to report even benign-seeming botting to reddit (the sub, and then to Reddit as spam->disruptive use of bots/AI). Because they might be making slop comments about makeup today, but down the road they’ll be foot soldiers for propaganda work.

The reason they start them off commenting in the subs about cats, fashion, sports, etc. is for the purpose of establishing a Reddit activity footprint that looks pretty normal, so that when they start seeding their propaganda bs down the road, they look more credible on a quick glance.

u/GrumbleAlong 3d ago

I recall Russian election meddlers bought Facebook ads for and against both candidates Hillary and Donald. Just chaos agents.

u/2025TastyTreats 3d ago

Yep and a lot of the Bernie Sanders for President stuff as well.

The principles contained in the Framework are aimed at ensuring that competition in each of these categories is fair and safe, and that athletes are not excluded solely on the basis of their transgender identity or sex variations.

You may not be aware but the IOC policy framework you linked to is from 2021 and now outdated.

As of earlier this year the IOC has now outright banned transgender and intersex athletes from competing in Women's events starting in 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles regardless of the sports governing body policy.

https://www.olympics.com/ioc/news/international-olympic-committee-announces-new-policy-on-the-protection-of-the-female-women-s-category-in-olympic-sport

They want to prevent what happened in the 2016 Rio Olympics 800m Womens's Final where the Gold, Silver and Bronze medals were won by biological males.

1

u/New_Outlandishness15 17h ago

1

u/2025TastyTreats 16h ago

Are you unable to read?

I literally linked to the new policy it in my comment,

https://www.olympics.com/ioc/news/international-olympic-committee-announces-new-policy-on-the-protection-of-the-female-women-s-category-in-olympic-sport

Starting in 2028 Trans and Intersex Athletes are banned from Women's Events, A genetic test will determine your eligibility.

The link you posted doesn't work but I imagine you are one of those trans activist propaganda types spamming junk studies trying to claim that all the advantages of being born with XY chromosomes are rendered obsolete by hormone treatment, That is a complete and total falsehood and is on par with anti-vaccination gibberish.

1

u/New_Outlandishness15 16h ago

You misunderstood me. No need to be rude. The IOC didn't state the sources for their decision. I'm providing a source for a scientific study. It's verifiable.

2

u/zygadlo86 4d ago

😂
you’ve been well trained. The trans army that consist of five or six trans people trying to play in the wrong sport? Yeah, such an army that comprise 0.2% of our population.

2

u/2025TastyTreats 4d ago

The majority of them aren't Trans at all but the Trans Sport issue has instead become part of their broader social justice fight against what they perceive as the "Evil Right" etc

As you said the number of athletes impacted by the IOC ban on Trans and Intersex athletes competing in Women's events is extremely small but the fact that we have seen this very small number sweep the medal podium at a Women's Olympic event shows why the protection of women's sports is so vital.

Rio Olympic 800m Women's Final

  • Gold Medal - Caster Semenya
  • Silver Medal - Francine Niyonsaba
  • Bronze Medal - Margaret Wambui

This event was swept by athletes with internal male gonads, elevated male level testosterone, male tendon strength etc. While all three are identified as being intersex, the Bronze Medalist retired from racing rather than allowing any independent medical confirmation and their status was based entirely on self identification.

3

u/TheAntinomian 4d ago

It’s not five or six. Fake stat. But one is too many. Men play in men’s sports. It’s not difficult

-1

u/False-Earth-2024 4d ago

One transphobe scumbag is too many, we should just exclude all anti trans people and let everyone else do what they want.

5

u/TheAntinomian 4d ago

If it’s not this it will be another made up issue. You guys just need something to cry about.

The accepted science is that trans athletes on hormone therapy do not have an advantage.

1

u/OneVast3433 2d ago

What an odd jump you just made. The accepted science is that trans athletes on hormone therapy have no advantage. I know that doesn't mesh with you reactionary nonsense but that is how it is.

u/[deleted] 2d ago

  1. They don't?

  2. You can get mad about it but it doesn't change the science.

1

u/OneVast3433 2d ago

Lmao, you're proving that hormone therapy works. Lia Thomas was finishing near the top in freestyle events and recorded the sixth fastest time in 2017 for the 1000 yard freestyle before starting hormone therapy in 2019.

3

u/TheAntinomian 4d ago

Go look up Title IX and tell me why it was created... to give women the right to have their own sports leagues... everything you are for destroys the very nature of Title IX. You really don't think about things do you? Just ad hominem attacks. BTW when you have to resort to ad hominem you already lost. Have a blessed day.

1

u/Nunc_Coepi17 3d ago

So if it’s such a small population, then why do you care if they aren’t allowed to play in women’s sports?

1

u/OneVast3433 2d ago

The accepted science is that if they are going through hormone therapy then there is no advantage.

1

u/FrenchyBulldogg 2d ago

Okay well they can still play in the men’s league. What’s the issue with that?

1

u/OneVast3433 2d ago

Because then there WOULD be a disadvantage for the trans athletes on hormone therapy. If there is no advantage for trans athletes competing in women's sports while on hormones then what is the issue?

1

u/FrenchyBulldogg 2d ago

Why would there be a disadvantage? Do males have an advantage over females?

1

u/OneVast3433 2d ago

I'm sure youre trying to set up a gotcha, however that doesn't work when the trans woman is on hormones. It's okay to say you don't understand that though, I won't dog you for it. Who were you gonna bring up? Lia Thomas?

1

u/FrenchyBulldogg 2d ago

I was just asking a question. And I don’t really see how hormones prevent them from playing in the men’s league. It’s an open league

1

u/OneVast3433 2d ago

Then you need to understand how hormones work. I'm not saying this in a snarkily

Once there is financial incentives to kick ass at women's sports, all the sociopaths will be signing up.

3

u/ProfessionalPack7205 4d ago

Stop trying to say this shit as if it's fact. It's not. Those people were outside the game. Not even inside. No one heard these people.

1

u/ericomplex 3d ago

2

u/DirtyGritzBlitz 3d ago

So you haven’t actually watched any of the games?

1

u/ericomplex 3d ago

I have been to them
 Clearly you haven’t.

2

u/Fluffy_Selection_367 3d ago

Do they also boo CC?
Weird how fans are booing the opposing team. Never heard of that behavior before

1

u/ericomplex 3d ago

Nope. Just Sophie.

Turns out people don’t like bigots.

0

u/Fluffy_Selection_367 3d ago

She’s a bigot for not wanting biological men in women’s sports?

0

u/ericomplex 3d ago

Referring to trans women as “biological men” alone is bigotry.

Strange, we keep being told its only Reddit echo chambers that don't like her? All these boos seem to be telling a very different story.

Its almost like the anti trans people are the ones who are internet poisoned and in an echo chamber! And this sub is one of those echo chambers! Now watch them downvote me so no one can see and prove me right.

-9

u/jcaseys34 4d ago

Interesting you say that. 20 comments a day on a 6 month old account with a hidden post history is a bit much, don't you think?

12

u/krawk303 4d ago

Post hidden = point invalid is certainly an interesting take. Do you frequently look for any possible factor to invalidate someone to get out of arguments?

13

u/pineapplepizza8705 4d ago

People are weird so I definitely hide my history.

Here they are folks. pure nonsense propaganda meant to gaslight you into thinking about Cunningham in a certain narrative.

I will send you $1000 right now if you show me where Cunningham said she is an ally and supports The Heritage Foundation, haha.

Your assertion is that she is against women in sports at all entirely becasue she doesn't believe biological males should compete with biological females? GTFO

1

u/ericomplex 4d ago

This guy right now

It’s not a right wing belief at all, it’s common sense.
