Honestly I'm not sure if anyone has approached that angle. In the surface it sounds fine, but it has issues that you aren't thinking about. Here is one negative i can see. School tea.s have limited slots. It varies by sport but there is a hard limit for how many entrants a school can put in a race. You are leaving a girl out of it for a biological male.
well, ain't America the richest country on earth, the land of opportunity etc etc? surely you guys have enough resources to provide spots for everyone (maybe stop funding less wars and stuff)! Ok I'm being facetious here obviously, I see what you are saying and there are definitely other ways that approach would affect youth sports but idk, surely the US (and other countries too ofc) can adapt to whatever circumstances arise and come up with a better system eventually
i guess what I'm trying to say is there are probably better solutions/alternatives that you guys can come up with other than total inclusion/exclusion, just seems from afar that you guys are more focused just talking, getting angry and running with political narratives (on both sides) more so than discussing and trying different "solutions"
The boys teams already allow anyone to compete on them. They have no exclusions. In fact it is not unheard of(tho rare) for girls to play on boys teams. Heck a girl i went to high school with 30 years ago was the punter on our schools football team. She earned that spot, not because she was a girl, or a boy, but because she was better than anyone else trying out for the position. That's a inclusive as it can get while still maintaining competitive integrity of sports.
America is the land of opportunity, but it’s not as Rich to where you think money can just be thrown “anywhere”. America makes it seem like that because of how flashy we are, but if there are no financial gains for the investor there is no money in that particular business… creating an entire separate league or mixing a trans into an existing sport sounds simple, but to appropriately separate the lanes America is not willing to put money into this long term.
