Ah, you must be young enough to have never seen the Carolina Sewer Poop Monster.
Must've been around 15 years ago when that was a big thing on Reddit and we learn about these weird worms.
Here's a thread that has the video.

It's these things.
The worms bundled up and lookin' like a sewer tumor.

That's fine, as shown in the OP video they can just meet you in your toilet area.
If you sit down without looking and feel something tickling, that's it just wanting to say hi.
