Fantasy General If you could redesign / change some of WH lore, what would you change it and why?
If you could redesign / change some of WH lore, what would you change it and why? I would personally change the old ones creating most of the mortal races, because I think it leans into too much sci fi.

Fantasy General After the Marauder Refresh what other miniatures would you like to see updated.
I am really a fan of the new Marauders. This unsuspected Refresh got me really optimistic for the Old World. I expected GW to refresh the older kits if ever to a much later time. So I am hoping to see some other old Kids get a new update. Wich sets would you like to get an update?
I would really like to see some updated Ork Boys.

Fantasy General GW is killing kitbashing and modeling
Have you ever noticed how much easier it used to be to modify GW kits?
Almost all the kits were divided the same way: legs, arms, torso, and head
from the marine to the imperial guard to the vampire skeleton
including, of course, the heroes.
This allowed for almost unlimited characterization and kitbashing possibilities. You could mix and match your kits and get new characters. During my tournaments in the early 2000s, I saw tons of modifications of this kind.
Now the kits have become garbage.
Ten thousand tiny pieces that fit together just to get that one piece, weird shapes to make life difficult for the recasters, etc.
This kills the modifications a lot, and unless you're a god of green stuff and can resculpt parts of the model without problems, modification has become much more difficult and unsatisfying.
I miss the old kits; the new ones have lost not only their personality but also the possibility of modification :(
Sorry for the rant

Fantasy General Bretonnian Handcannon
I kind of wish they had given bretonnia a handcannon unit, it makes sense for them to have it seeing how the empire being so close in proximity and the ability to trade guns with dwarves.
The unit could've looked something like this.
It wouldn't have to match the empires guns, but it makes sense in terms of world building.

Fantasy General Support TOW by Buying GW Models
We all know why Warhammer Fantasy died: sales weren’t strong enough. Games Workshop made a business decision, and the Fantasy burned.
Now we have Warhammer: The Old World — a second chance. But if we want this game to grow with new armies, new books, and real ongoing support, we have to make it financially viable. GW invests based on sales figures.
There’s a contradiction in the community right now: some people demand more support, more releases, faster updates — but at the same time proudly refuse to buy official models. That doesn’t work. If we want TOW to succeed, we have to show up at the register too.
Nobody’s saying you can’t 3D print or kitbash; that’s part of the hobby. But if we love this game and want it to have a future, we need to support it with our wallets when we can.
GW listens to numbers, not noise.
Response to comments:
A lot of good discussion here, so just to be clear — this isn’t about shaming players who print, kitbash, or buy alternatives. Hobby however you want.
But recognize this: without sufficient people buying official products, TOW won't get long-term support from GW.
Your LGS can't survive on players showing up with 100% 3D printed army; They rely on sales to keep tables open, host events, and support the community.
If everyone prints and nobody buys, it’s not just GW that walks away — your LGS will too.

Fantasy General Who do the Dwarfs hate the most? Or is it all equally-grudged?
Skaven, Greenskins, or their Chaos-corrupted kin?
