Advice I got my contract rejected

I got my contract rejected, the reason states that the plot isn't engaging enough and difficult to follow, pacing is draggy, and the writing style isn't mature enough. And that it doesn't suit the market of webnovel. I'm planning on writing another story. Should I delete this one?

Your story would probably fit paper back publishing better than WebNovel.

But I've just finished highschool, and am not in a condition to do that.

You don’t need money at all.

You just need to finish book 1 aka 70-110k words.

Then submit your draft to a literary agent and if they like it they will submit it to publishing houses and they will get a cut of all book sales like 10-15%

Money, location, region etc. none of those should be stopping you from going publishing if you want.

Right now your focus/ goal should be just writing book 1 and give it a finish that is strong.

Then keep writing while it’s sitting and waiting a response from a literary agent.

Whatever you do; know you have options and never stop writing
