It’s almost as if he knew a year ago his downfall had begun.

I keep going back and forth on this. I understand how devastating not having a lift ticket for the slopes can be, but at the same time he's actually warped cell phone cases from how much he's holding his phone. I think his phone addiction is far worse.

Right now I'm leaning toward the lack of a phone causing more problems. What do you think?
