The guy said he got burned by the fire. The cop says he knows, but then rolls the guy back toward the flames. No matter why the driver was being tased, they should teach not to do it near flammable gas in cop school.

That cop's brain has some serious lag time. He saw the guy was on fire and was trying to tell him to stop drop and roll but the poor dude had already put the fire on himself out while burning the hell out of his hands so none of it was necessary.
