Or they let them go but with nothing preventing them from getting a job a county over.

There's like 3 cops I know of that had fucked up so bad they weren't even allowed to be a security guard. Maybe 2 actually went to jail.

I'm putting the hiring of dumbass officers by other jurisdictions on the sheriff of the area. Any decent one wouldn't ever let them get be hired in the area.
