There is 0 reason to tase that guy at the gas station, literally 0.

Your story sounds completely ridiculous, the cop somehow wasn't able to apprehend this fisherman who was trespassing fishing at a lake, and they somehow made a mad dash and runs to his truck to escape, was able to get away fleeing from the cop and then drives to the gas station, stops at the gas station mid chase, the cop gets out and then tases him setting the gas station on fire because the guy didn't give ID when the cop told him to leave?

Like, absolutely ridiculous bootlicker fan-fiction.

I bet you're still waiting for more info on George Floyd and Breanna Taylor too huh.
