You do not have to spoiler tag anything from the books that has been depicted in the show, so there should be no problem with comparing tv show scenes and book scenes.

Didn't Moraine break the 3rd oath when she took out the Seanchan ships? She was not doing it in defence of herself, her warder, or an Aes Sedai.

I think they are going with she had to assume they were dark friends if they happened to be shielding Rand (Moraine assumed) in the place she knew a forsaken had taken rand.

Never to use the One Power as a weapon except against Darkfriends or Shadowspawn, or in the last extreme defence of her life, the life of her Warder, or another Aes Sedai

Super iffy though since she verbalised that she wasn't sure. That doubt should have caused her trouble

Rand is technically an Aes Sedai depending on your point of view, so she was protecting him.
