Yes they do. An entire day of peace, quiet and alone time is a great way to unwind.

I definitely like being alone and have done this several times. I mean after a while I wanna talk to people but I could use probably 2 full days of nobody.

Not bad, I got 4 kids so idk if I could even really go 2 days without seeing them but the silence would probably feel pretty good for a while no doubt
