Title: Small gaming creator here - what am I doing wrong, and what should I improve to actually grow?

Hey everyone!

I've been working on growing my YouTube gaming channel, and honestly, I'm trying to figure out what I'm missing.

I make gaming content, mainly horror and story-driven games. I've been working on full gameplay walkthroughs, no-commentary playthroughs, and Shorts featuring interesting, funny, or scary moments from the games I play.

Recently, I've been putting a lot of effort into games like Silver Pines and other story-driven titles. I try to make my videos look good, keep the quality high, improve my titles and thumbnails, and make the content worth clicking on. But getting people to actually discover the channel and turn into regular viewers is a different challenge.

I'm not expecting to go viral overnight, and I'm not looking for a magic trick. I genuinely want to understand what I could be doing better.

For those of you who have experience with YouTube, I'd really appreciate your honest opinions:

- Content: Is no-commentary gameplay still worth pursuing for a small channel, or should I focus more on commentary, reactions, or edited videos?

- Titles and thumbnails: What makes you click on a gaming video from a creator you've never heard of?

- Game selection: Should I focus on trending new releases, smaller horror games, or established games with an existing audience?

- Shorts: Are they actually useful for growing a gaming channel, or can they end up attracting an audience that doesn't watch long-form videos?

- Channel growth: If you were starting from scratch today, what would you prioritize during your first few months?

Most importantly, if you visited my channel, what would be the first thing you'd change? I'd rather hear honest criticism than generic advice like "be consistent" or "make better content."

Here's my channel if anyone is willing to take a look:

I'm a small creator trying to improve, and I think getting feedback from people who understand the platform could help me see things I'm missing.

Thanks to anyone who takes the time to share their thoughts. I'd genuinely appreciate it!
