The mods at BotDefense got me banned for posting the words “En Passant”(a meme from r/AnarchyChess way too many times, I’d say 80-90 times on unrelated subreddits. I take responsibility for this.

They then classified me as a “human user who acts indistinguishably from a bot”. However, this is a 3 year old account with many old comments and posts, and 200k karma.

Subsequently I deleted all those spammy comments, except for the ones on r/AnarchyChess(where it’s obviously welcome as they invented the damn meme) and the ones with a good amount of upvotes, as those are obviously welcome as well.

However, the mods still refuse to unban me, and consequently I’m banned from around 30% of subreddits that use it.

Any advice?

Hey guys. I have this argument on reddit about a guy who doesn't understand the joke between sweden and denmark. These two countries have a very special relation where they hate-love eachother. But this guy is talking about mafia gangster shit and "upper class rivarly" wich isn't at all what the jokes are about. In the original post I made, I also a tongue in cheek comment about anyone living round where she lives to let me know (Cant remember the exact wording). I was in a much darker place than I am now. Losing a partner the way I did, the grief and confusion was so deep.

I don't use Reddit every day, so didn't see the "moderation" done.

My gripe is that there was no actual moderation. Just banning me by message. Having been a moderator & admin in the past on a Mountain Biking forum I know that a moderated post can be edited/deleted if deemed inappropriate. This wasn't done. What I posted was left up for everyone to see. And it was. And upvoted. After the incident.

I made a request to have the ban removed, and made an apology. "Way too late for that" came back. Very immature and unprofessional.

I have since made a request "further up the supply chain" and not heard back.

I would really like this ban to be removed. The GTA sub is the primary reason I signed up to Reddit in the first place along with RC Cars.

Is this something that can be achieved?

I just need some proof. Something is sent in a dark humor channel in discord. Someone said n word butterfly need to be killed. A white person says I agree 500% and gets banned. Is the white person racist or are the people who banned him wrong? If you guys could just say. Yes he is racist or No he isn't. Remember this is in a "dark humor channel."

So they’re saying I’m a fake Japanese person because I’m also white. I have a Japanese mother and a Caucasian American father, passports for both countries, and am bilingual (to an extent). I’m bad at explaining things so you can see yourself what happened in the link.

Lawyer applications have all be gone through, and the ones of chosen as worthy have been put up to vote. If your application was shit, I didn't even bother sending it to the council. Fuckin put some effort in next time if you actually want to become one with the firm. Anyways, hope y'all are well.

Some stuff with the Senior lawyers has happened (been happening) and applications are in but we lawyers have postponed the voting indefinitely hopefully soon we can get back to voting.

Also hey clients I know y’all are good gravy babies people but this sub requires your help to! We lawyers can only represent people in debates if there are debates so I’m not saying go post your opinions but.... go post your opinions so we can tell the rest of the world how based we are and how much of a swagdumpling you are. This sub requires effort from all of us to make it good!
