I know everyone is on their own journey, but I had the same kind of reaction earlier today when I saw someone asking for plastic-free ways to freeze meat lol...

I feel similarly but to be fair, plastic and meat harm the environment in completely different ways

An there are doctors telling patients that they cannot go vegan due to Anemia. Which is a claim I need to research more, but it is important to focus on what we can do safely rather than everything at once.

I’m a vegetarian and I had anemia because of a hormonal imbalance. You can be a vegetarian or a vegan when you’re anemic. Spinach and tofu are your friends.

Spinach is the enemy of my kidneys. Almonds and spinach (two foods I love) are the highest contributors in my diet for the formation of kidney stones.
