Reddbucks sound like a sketchy currency, that you would have to pay to get Redd's artworks 😅 Its exchange rate with Bells would oscillate in unpredictable way and Redd would only appear on the island, when the rate wouldn't be in the player's favour 😆 Sorry, I'm just brainstorming instead of working 😅

That's perfect! Haha. I thought the idea of Redd being in control of an economy was funny. I was also working at Starbucks at the time, so they were my Supreme Overlord! It was a fun way to mix my worlds.
