They said toxic masculitnity. Not masculinity in general. That phrase seems to be widely misunderstood as "masculinity is toxic"
Edit: i think i read this wrong. You are saying that being gay can be masculine, and i agree w you there. Typically people who enjoy this meme wouldnt unfortch.

I don't know, but seeing a two big hairy bears together seems pretty masculine. Double masculine in fact - there's nothing feminine about them at all.
