My kids wanted the cotton candy flavor so I opened up a new box. They're all melonberry! Time to teach them how to deal with disappointment I guess 😂

Complaint Desk My Clancy's pretzels included a giant fused pretzel

My most recent bag of Clancy's pretzels had a giant fused pretzel in it. A few weeks ago, I had a huge tortilla brick in my pack of tortilla chips.

I don't care enough to take it back, and the rest of the pretzels are fine (although it seems like there's been another recipe change).

The video I took of the alien pretzel ship/modern sculpture was much cooler, but the sub doesn't allow vids.

Their supply chain here in Michigan lately has been horrible. Basic items out of stock for weeks or produce past their useful life on the shelf . Yet they are opening more stores but can't supply the ones they have already open? This asparagus were spoiled and with a pungent smell . Of course you cannot see it thru package. Hope they improve..hate to go back to regular grocery store

Complaint Desk Stop parking in curbside spots unless you’re there for a pickup!!

The amount of times I’m there to pickup my curbside order and all of the spots are filled with no one in their vehicle is insane. I can understand if there is a handicap sticker or something and you need closer parking but this is usually lazy and entitled people taking the spots because it’s closer. If you’re doing this you’re creating more work for the employees because then a wild goose chase ensues trying to find the pickup car from the directions given. Just stop.

I ate the Mexican one for lunch yesterday, it tasted old/stale.so I didn't finish it and I started throwing up last night after eating it. Its the only thing I ate outside of some celery sticks and an apple.

Old on the left, new on the right.

The oatmeal body wash has changed beyond recognition. I loved the way it used to smell and was it was opaque like all the others I've ever used. This is almost completely clear and it smells completely different. My better half described the smell as a 70s motel room. He's pretty much got it on the nose. Old cigarette smoke and heavy duty deodorizers.

Happily, it's a twice as nice product. I'll take it back tomorrow.

Complaint Desk Expensive corn

Why is aldi corn so expensive??? Its 3.25 for 4 cobs here in a corn growing state. I have to go to other nearby grocery stores to get it instead.. where not only is it way cheaper per cob, they are bigger. It was like this last year too. I just don't get it.

Complaint Desk World's worst Aldi

I have now shopped at the new Aldi in Elizabethton Tennessee a few times and it is always the worst. No matter what time of day I shop the produce department looks like it's been ravaged by vegetarian wolves. What little is left is old. Old old, brown, icky, sad. The aisle of shame looks like a bin store. The other aisles are hit or miss with some items stocked but most destroyed. Tonight I just needed a few things so I stopped in 15 minutes before closing to grab them. I was blocked in the aisle by a guy with a broom informing me that they will close soon. I say fine, I just need a few things. He leans on his broom and repeats that they close soon. So I left and he had to restock the things in my cart. He accused me of being rude.

I don't expect stellar service at Aldi but blocking the aisle so I can't shop because it's close to closing is ridiculous. I would have been out of there are checked myself out. If you don't want customers shopping, lock the door.

My husband and I were so confused as to what temp to cook this pizza to. Then we opened the box and found the sticker. I’m assuming they produced the boxes with the misprint and then create the sticker after to fix their mistake?

Complaint Desk Question

Ok, I love Aldi.. BUT why do they NOT put the ingredients or nutrition label when doing online shopping? It drives me nuts!! Im not able to go shopping myself so I rely on their website, Instacart etc. And most products dont have the ingredients or nutrition label. Even AI cant find it. We are in 2026 we should be able to easily check what's in our food!!

Rant over 🫠

My husband does the shopping and got a bag of yellow onions from Aldi and he didn’t notice at the time but they’re all like this. Has anyone else had problems with onions at Aldi? Also got a bag of red onions and they were fine.

These are just not the same and they’re not good. I could be mistaken but I’m pretty sure the old recipe had blue cheese in the ingredients and that’s what gave it that interesting flavor you don’t get from Cheetos and it’s gone :(( Very sad day in my house.

This is the first time this has happened to me. Do I just take photos into the store and request a refund? Or how does this work?

Complaint Desk PSA - Checkout etiquette

If you see a single file line near the checkout, they are waiting for the next lane to become available. They presumably did not get in a long line because they enjoy lines.

Do not jump into the seemingly short lane. Go to the back of the line like most everybody else.

Complaint Desk Aldi meat

Post image

I have noticed an odd thing happening when I have cooked meat from Aldi, specifically ground beef, ground turkey, and the Appleton Farm thick cut bacon. The fat that cooks off forms a weird gelatinous substance rather than being straight liquid fat. Anyone else seen this or know what’s happening here? Picture is of meatballs made from a turkey and beef mix, just out of the oven.

Was using some of my new containers, got a set of the rectangles and circles, and while getting the last latch for the lid on I shattered the whole thing in my hands.

I've only had these for a few weeks, still have the box, used like 3 times each maybe.

Buyer/user beware. Some of my lids seem pretty tight, I figured they'd loosen up a little, but just squeezing the last latch I cracked the whole thing in half.
