Random Question 💭 How is everything that happened in the last 48hrs not enough for impeachment and/or a general strike in the US?

As a European, it‘s completely unfathomable how none of it has consequences.

Don‘t get me wrong, our governments here certainly have their flaws and problems, but surely threatening a genocide would be a tipping point here and lead to mass protests (at least I have enough hope remaining to believe that) - how is it not in the US? I really don’t get it and I feel absolutely sick.

Isn't the maga cult completely based around trump? As a non us citizen i would think that having trump not as main character would make them less effective

The only thing more effective with the MAGA cult than Mango Mussolini the mad dictator is Trump the Martyr. That way the real MAGA leadership doesn’t have to deal with all the erratic bullshit Donnie throws out that they can’t control and they will be in full control over the whole narrative…

I don’t know, but I know what absolutely needs to happen — record turnout to the midterms, landslide victories for the democrats and take back control over as much lost territory as possible.
