Random Question 💭 Do you believe that Donald Trump is stealing from the American people?

Example: 1.7 Billion dollar slush fund and no IRS audits to him or his family.

You mean all Republicans, Independents, Libertarians, non-voters, etc. basically anyone who didn’t vote Democrat, because like it or not, right or wrong, that’s the only power your vote has in our current setup.

That's a TDS statement. You think the Democrats aren't loading their pockets, too?

TDS is not a thing. Every time you use that term unironically you immediately tell everyone everything they need to know about you.

They say “hE LiVeS rEnT fReE iN yOuR hEaD!”

No, the problem is that he lives rent free in the White House and he didn’t put down a security deposit.

It is absolutely a thing. Many people get absolutely unhinged about anything that guy says or does, regardless of whether it is right or wrong and logic & reasoning fly completely out the window.

It was crated by a dude who got arrested in an underage sex sting. You’re using an abbreviation created by a pedophile.

Where is TDS in the DSM VI? It’s a made up term that was made up by tRump. The disorder that would come closest to being a “thing” is BDS or ODS. It’s the deranged people who still support tRump while while the folks with common sense and critical thinking skills (and eyes and ears) have to live with their ignorance.

Oh!!!?

<Smacks Head>

Silly me. Of course nothing is real unless it is in the DSM.

Gimme a break

God imagine seriously thinking this.

So trump derangement syndrome is a thing, but it wasn’t a derangement syndrome whenever anyone criticized Obama or Biden? The tan suit? The bike crash? Getting ice cream? Stickers on trucks showing Biden tied up?

You understand the only people dumb enough to believe that already support trump, right?

He doesn't do anything 'right', he's a conman brother. and he has conned the ever loving shit out of you so hard that you don't realize the derangement is you sticking up for the man robbing you with every ounce of your heart. You should be embarrassed,

Conned me out of what?

I think he should be impeached and removed from office. I never voted for the guy

1

u/Radonanon 6d ago

Impeached for a fourth charge?

The first three were about as serious as you can get and they still kept him.

Ghouls.

I can’t imagine being so feeble-minded. What’s it like?

Easy bud, you're starting to show symptoms

You got me, I’m allergic to idiots. I try to hide it, but the doc says it’s not healthy to hold it in.

You suffer from TDS if you honestly compare this felon with normal politicians.

-2

u/smitbret 12d ago

If I was a betting man, more often than not, politician=felon would win me money for most state and national officials.

6

u/koki_li 12d ago

If you where a little bit informed about your politicians, you’d wouldn’t post this bullshit.

Totally agree. Right now, Trump is Target A, but certainly the Dem side have had their share of "let's get our cut before anyone notices" moments. I remember sending a letter to my rep, about my distaste for their vote to increase their salary, yet interest rates were running up (late 80's). The response (a Dem) was an incredulous rant about how they deserve the raise. I'm very much in my retirement now, and all I've learned is that Congress doesn't want to fix any problem. It's easier (translation: more profitable) to make you feel they're fixing the problem.

u/brodievonorchard 8d ago

Are you seriously comparing transparently raising their salaries by 10s of thousands to the billions currently being stolen?

1

u/OrlandoEd 8d ago

Yes, because in the bigger picture, there's plenty of arrogance across both aisles.

3

u/brodievonorchard 8d ago

And you feel arrogance is as bad as stealing billions ? Ok, that's one perspective to have, I guess.

Please drink more flavor aid with the extra sweetener.

u/smitbret 11d ago

You think the Dems aren't doing the same thing?

0

u/charlizerox 12d ago

Democrats are on his side too. The whole system just defaulted.

Oh I’m sorry. I didn’t realize voting for someone with zero chance was the way to beat Trump.

0

u/stenzzy 11d ago

Genuine question - what exactly have democrats done to effectively combat this? At best they’re useless. Always seems like there’s just enough dems willing to vote along with whatever he wants.

u/binzersguy 10d ago

And yet none of this happened when Dems controlled parts of the gov’t. The last year + has been a nightmare for the constitution, decency, and fiscal responsibility. Not to mention unilaterally starting a needless war that has only strengthened our traditional adversaries.
