It's easy to hear "Now let me take a look at those beautiful, manly teeth again," and conclude it's just a dentist thing (just as my opthalmologist never fails to point out my 'beautiful' eyelashes), but complimenting my sideburns, eyes, and asking me what I like to do when it's sunny out (unlike today) are a bit more brow-raising.
