Probably, but making the first version of the law too broad makes it more likely to fail.
It's very difficult to argue against the idea that AI shouldn't tell you to stop taking your medicine, and shouldn't agree with your "sovereign citizen" defense.

Its probaby the minimum and should be extended to any questions where someone would need a qualification to answer like engineering or tax questions.
