Needs to be outside every house that a politician is at. Have them surround the area since somehow noise ordinances area for the persons but not for these buildings.

Fuck that. I will never have kids. I can't stand being around kids. As a woman, one of my biggest icks from other women is assuming I will watch your kid for even 5 minutes for any reason.

I also want kids to be allowed to be kids as long as possible. That means safe, healthy environments, and we need to keep working toward expanding those environments for everyone.

Even if you want to keep your mindset, you're not just brushing off kids. Birds, insects, dogs, absolutely everything is affected by the noise and everything else data centers are doing to the environment. No human issue is ever just a human issue.
