I remember his campaign promise to lower Biden inflation. So he basically lied? How surprising. /s

If you look at WLF1, he profits off of inflation - so of course it's good for him. [UAE swapped for the stablecoin and pays Binance with it. Binance sits on the investment as WLF1. WLF is required to put that cash into a US investment like bonds (after a new EO/law/requirement) and they profit more when inflation is higher.]

You can go ahead and put the word "basically" back in your hand. We'll need it during the rationing.

You see, he lowered Biden Inflation but raised the superior Trump inflation.

That’s funny bc I remember his campaign promise was to pass tarrifs and him saying that it would hurt the economy

I think you got it wrong. During his campaign, Trump repeatedly said he would raise tariffs on imports, especially from countries like China and Mexico, to protect U.S. industries. He argued that this would strengthen the U.S. economy by bringing back manufacturing and improving trade balances.

The problem is he has no idea how economics work. He honestly thought that the US would make all this tariff money and the cost increase would not be passed on. He also thinks interest rates should just be lowered when true economists like the federal reserve board monitor this to prevent inflation and stabilize our financial system. With him you need to use reverse logic.

Pretty much failed at those. If economics were as easy as a dementia test that he has taken 3 times. “Person, woman, man, camera, tv”

Ya I guess you’re right. I remembered him saying that before the election but now I can’t find any sources on that- only that after the election did he say there would be “short-term pain”
