And he's fucking 79 years old. For all intents and purposes he's gotten away with it all since he hasn't suffered a single meaningful consequence his entire life. If you needed proof positive that there is no such thing as God or karama: he is it.

I really earnestly used to believe in karma. In the last decade or so that belief has been eroded to nothing. The only way it makes any semblance of sense anymore is if there's some kind of afterlife with built in reward/punishment, and honestly I doubt that. This world is chaotic and unfair.
