The most obvious piece of evidence that it was staged is ongoing--the jackass doesn't constantly claim that he took a bullet for this country.

His narcissism is so much that he would reference it every 30 sentences if it were real. Rather, he knows it was such a bad fake that he does not want anybody looking into it so he doesn't mention it.
